Qatar World Cup construction workers to get 'cooling' hats

DOHA (Reuters) - Migrant workers building soccer stadiums in Qatar's desert heat are to be given 'cooling' hard hats to reduce their body temperature and risk of suffering heat stroke, tournament organizers said.
