Trentin sprints to victory as Froome retains Vuelta red jersey

(Reuters) - Matteo Trentin beat Spaniard Juan Jose Lobato in a final straight sprint to win stage four of the Vuelta A Espana on Tuesday when Chris Froome retained the overall lead.
