Ski jumping: Stoch defies wind and rain to win opening Four Hills event

OBERSTDORF, Germany (Reuters) - Defending champion Kamil Stoch upstaged home favorite Richard Freitag to win the opening leg of ski jumping's prestigious Four Hills tournament at Oberstdorf on Saturday.
